This time is asking us to let go of the identities we've built to satisfy others—whether it's the approval of society, family, or friends. It's urging us to step away from the expectations that have shaped us and to rediscover what feels most authentic. The pressure to conform to what is socially praised, what looks good on paper, or what earns external validation is starting to crack.
